Camping Season | Union Stitch Style

Summer is in full swing, which means it's also peak camping season! I love camping and spending time outside with my family as much as possible during this time of year, and it may not come as no surprise, but I always put a lot of thought into what we end up eating around the campfire.

And, after seeing my friend Amanda Faison's camping dinner set-up recently - complete with Union Stitch cloth napkins, of course! - I wanted to share my own camping cooking food and beverage go-tos: 

• One of my favorite camping meals is to make Tacos Al Pastor Slow Cooker Recipe and Cilanto Lime Coleslaw ahead of time and re-heat when we get to the campsite. SO good!
• I always pack a few Underwood canned wines, which pair perfectly with the tacos - or really, anything we decide to cook 
• For the mornings, I also love to bring a jar of The Real Dill's Bloody Mary Mix and pair it with Mell Vodka (two stellar local Colorado brands!)
