After 11 years of outfitting Colorado's finest kitchens, I've had a front row seat to this state's culinary rise. These are the restaurants I trust, admire and send my friends to. Some wear my aprons. All of them are worth your time.

Where It All Started
These are the restaurants of Chef Jennifer Jasinski — the woman who started it all with a
glass of wine and a list of do's and don'ts back in 2015. Union Stitch wouldn't exist without
her.
• Rioja — Denver | Mediterranean-inspired cuisine in the heart of Larimer Square. Where
the first Union Stitch apron was born.
• Ultreia — Denver | Spanish-inspired pintxos and wine in a stunning Union Station
setting.
• Bistro Vendôme — Denver | A little piece of Paris in Park Hill. French classics
